Bigg Boss 16 Written Update - Rivalries and Conflicts Escalate in the House
Bigg Boss asks all contestants to assemble. He then announces the captaincy task. Priyanka, Archana, MC Stan, Nimrit and Shiv are in the race to become the new captain.
MC Stan and Archana start fighting over house duties. MC Stan mocks her and she gets mad at him. She also makes fun of Priyanka.
Nimrit Bhanot vs. Shalin Bhanot
Nimrit and Shalin’s rivalry is taking a new turn in the Bigg Boss house. The two share a bitter rivalry and are constantly slamming each other in front of the camera. They have been accused of being fake by the other contestants and even compared to a sex doll. Today the feud escalates further and the fight becomes more physical. The show is full of drama and the housemates are on the edge of their seats.
Archana Gautam also creates a lot of controversy as she is trying to take the position of captain of the house. She gets annoyed with Priyanka’s comments about her as she feels that it is very unfair and that they are belittling her. She also says that she is a real person and tries to defend herself saying that if one makes mistakes that doesn’t make them rude. She also claims that she is better than Priyanka and Shalin.
Later, she is seen arguing with Tina over her decision to go against the captaincy task. She claims that it was a bad idea to go against the task as she was playing well. She adds that she has done good in the past and she will continue to do so. Tina doesn’t agree with her and calls her a ‘gande aadmi’.
The other major conflict of the day is between Soundarya Sharma and Sumbul Touqueer. They argue about their fights in the past. Soundarya claims that she did not tell Sumbul that she was evicted because she was too busy with her bhabhi. She says that it is wrong and that if Sumbul had been a decent girl she would have accepted her apology.
In the next episode, Priyanka and Nimrit get into an argument over their rivalry. They both accuse each other of ganging up and talk about their personal lives. They also discuss how Priyanka’s mother is going to kill herself when she enters her house as her daughter-in-law. Priyanka cries infront of Shiv and Archana over this. They also discuss the fact that if she wins the captaincy task, her mother will die of shock.
Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary vs. Archana Gautam
Bigg Boss gives Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary a chance to make a decision that will have a huge impact on her friendship with Ankit Gupta. In a promo shared by the channel, the contestant is seen in a dilemma as she’s asked to choose between prize money and her friend. As she’s weighing her options, the voice of Bigg Boss tells her that if she takes the prize money, she will have to give it up in front of everyone else. She seems to be in a lot of stress as her other housemates pin their hopes on her making the right choice.
Meanwhile, Archana Gautam and Priyanka have an argument over squabbles between the two. In a video that was posted by the channel, the Udaariyan actress accuses her friend of spreading lies and blames her for interfering between Shekhar and Priyanka. However, Priyanka retorts that it is her nature to talk behind others’ backs.
Shekhar and Archana have been arguing over a lot of issues in the house. Earlier, Shekhar had accused Archana of being insensitive towards him and not speaking to him openly. The fight between the two has been going on since the beginning of the show. Archana is not letting things settle and has been interfering in every possible way.
Priyanka and Archana continue their fight with each other and later, Priyanka also argues with Captain Soundarya Sharma about the issue. She also claims that her tears are a result of the bullying she’s been receiving from Gori Nagori and others.
In the next episode, the housemates will receive letters from their family members. The contestants are divided over the content of the letter and begin to discuss their opinions on it.
In the evening, MC Stan, Archana Gautam, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary and Shalin Bhanot will be challenged to create a juice centre in the house using the materials provided. The contestants will then be forced to sell the juice that they make for Rs 25 lakh. They will have to explain why they think they deserve the money.
Shiv Thakare vs. Abdu Rozik
After the Bigg Boss housemates read letters from their families, Shiv Thakare tries to bring everyone together. However, he is not successful. Soon, he is at odds with Archana Gautam and Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary. Archana accuses Shiv of being hostile towards her and he defends himself. He also reveals that Nimrit Kaur is his friend. This does not go down well with Priyanka.
Then, Priyanka confronts Shiv about his relationship with Ankit and he explains that they are just good friends. Later, he gets a secret task to smuggle housemates’ things in which he takes help from Abdu Rozik. The contestants win the task but Priyanka finds out and she goes into a frenzy. She then claims that Abdu and Sajid are trying to make her look bad in front of others.
Next, the contestants are paired and they have to perform a task. In the task, they have to smuggle items from the other rooms and keep them in the storage room. They have to use their brains in order not to lose anything.
The two pairs have to answer questions based on the statements made by other housemates. The one who answers the most questions correctly wins. Then, the contestants get their things back. MC Stan and Archana start fighting for the prize. MC Stan says that Archana is using bad language and she’s not constant. Archana gets angry and she starts arguing with him.
Meanwhile, Tina Datta tries to stop the fight by saying that she won’t vote for her. She even tells them to stop calling her names. Later, Priyanka, MC Stan, and Abdu join her to dance. They wear a shirt and perform on the stage while the housemates clap. Gori then comes on the stage wearing a white dress and joins them. She gets her things back.
In the end, Bigg Boss announces the captain. Sajid Khan is the new captain. He beats Nimrit and Shalin in the task. Earlier, Nimrit had been banned from taking part in the captaincy task but now she’s allowed to do so. Abdu and Priyanka are also contenders for the title of captain.
Soundarya Sharma vs. Sumbul Touqueer
Soundarya Sharma and Sumbul Touqueer indulge in a verbal battle. It is found that the Imlie star is obsessed with her friend Shalin Bhanot. She leaves no stone unturned in proving this and irks many actors who have been her well-wishers. It is also found that she is making their lives miserable as her behaviour is affecting them all. She was even questioned on this issue on the Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
During the task, Soundarya was asked to choose one contestant whom she thinks should be saved from nomination. She picks Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary but then realises she has contributed less to the house. She is later informed that she has been nominated along with Archana Gautam, Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta. She cries in front of her fellow contestants.
She was never considered a part of the mandali and is not very close to Sajid Khan. However, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update gets closer to Nimrit and becomes friends with him and his brothers – Abdu Rozik and MC Stan. He stops trusting her after a point and starts only confiding in his brothers.
In the house, Soundarya was made to believe that she is being a backstabber and will surely backstab the group when the time comes. She is also seen telling Gautam Singh Vig the same. Later, she tries to convince him that her feelings for him are true.
Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra and Harrdy Sandhu enter the house as guest entrants. During the task, they perform on songs from their movie and hilariously guess the feeling of other contestants. At some point, they even take on the role of a doctor and a policeman.
